About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive new business development. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build client relationships, develop strategic sales initiatives, and lead a team focused on delivering results. This is a key leadership position with direct impact on company growth, offering the chance to shape our sales strategy and expand our footprint in the region.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the DFW area
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers
Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and support to the team
Analyze sales data, track KPIs, and forecast revenue
Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications
Must reside in the DFW area
Proven experience in sales leadership, business development, or staffing sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience managing or mentoring a sales team
Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools
Strong organizational and time management skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Staffing or recruitment industry experience is a plus
